At Eurexperience, we strive to provide a seamless and memorable travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change, and we’ve outlined our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Understanding Your Cancellation Options
If you need to cancel your reservation, we offer flexibility depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. We encourage clients to notify us as early as possible so that we can assist in any way possible.
For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, you are entitled to a full refund. However, a 10% service fee and a 15% administrative charge will apply to cover our operational costs.
What Happens When You Miss a Tour?
Once a service is rendered, either fully or partially, we cannot offer a refund. This includes instances where a client is a no-show, doesn’t use their reservation, or doesn’t participate in the full tour experience. Unfortunately, once services are provided, they cannot be reversed or refunded.
Personal Expectations & Satisfaction
While we always aim to exceed expectations, requests for refunds based on personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the tour itinerary, the guide's approach, or the overall experience will not be considered. We take great care in tailoring each experience to our clients’ needs, but certain factors may not be adjustable, such as the tour structure or the weather conditions.

While we do our best to maintain our schedule, there may be circumstances where we need to cancel a tour or activity. If this happens, rest assured, we will provide a full refund. This includes any processing fees that may have been charged during the booking.
Weather and External Conditions
Our tours are designed to be enjoyed in various weather conditions; however, if you decide to cancel due to adverse weather, we cannot offer a refund. Our activities are planned with safety and enjoyment in mind, but we encourage clients to consider weather forecasts when making cancellation decisions.
